HOW TO RIDE A FANTASTIC SKATEBOARD!!!!

How to skateboard the right and safe way:

Aim:

You will be a pro at skateboarding but only if you read this and be safe.

Equipment:

Wrist guards

Helmet

Knee pads

Elbow pads

Skateboard

Closed in shoes

How to put your gear on:

1. Firstly put your knee pad on. (Put the hard Bit of the Knee pad on , with the hard bit facing up.Then put the straps on.)
2. Secondly put your elbow pads on.( Open the gap that is next to the hard bit, Slide your hand in and put it on you elbow. Then put the straps around.)
3. Thirdly put your wrist guards on. (Put your thumb in the big hole but make sure this time, put the hard bit on the bottom of your palm. Then get the big strap and put it around and same with the others.)
4. Then you need to put your helmet on. Make sure you are not wearing your hat because it can be dangerous sometimes. Also make sure it is tight but not lose.

How to ride a Skateboard safely:

• Put your foot on the two sucrose, Make sure it is the two  behind the first two. Make it like a sad face okay.
• Then start pushing. Make  sure you get use to pushing then move on to this next step.
• After that try to put your back foot on and the slide you front foot like the other. Make sure you have your heel over the Skateboard and the same as you toes. Make sure you have closed in shoes. Then get used to this . Now let’s try this step.
• Try to go left and right by leaning forwards and backwards a little with the Skateboard .
• Now try to go straight and turn left and right easily.

Remember:

1. Do not show off
2. Don’t go fast.( You will fall of injure yourself.)
3. Make sure you have closed in shoes
4. Make sure you have you gear on the right way.
5. Make sure you read the instructions on how to do this.
